Pam Golding Properties wanted to relook their magazine IP and approached me to come up with a new concept for it.

 

Previous design and content  had long articles that was informative but was a bit of a long read for today’s bite sized-knowledge world. I suggested bright, beautifully illustrated infographics and shortening the articles to widen the readership to not just the target market (men in their late 40s) but the up-and-coming property owners who want to understand the property market more.
